FOREST SCHOOL – a classroom without walls

All children want to learn; and from a young age their motivation to explore and seek out new opportunities is best supported in a safe and open learning environment. We focus on supporting teaching professionals to gain the skills and knowledge to confidently provide this outdoor space in their own school grounds. We provide qualified teaching professionals who share their skills and experience to empower staff and children to create their very own “classroom without walls”; this short term teaching model empowers the staff to develop a sustainable Forest School by modelling best practice and providing short and long term teaching resources linked to National Curriculum Themes. We can also support in the design and construction of resource base areas and advise on the equipment and resources to create your very own Forest School Zone.

We can of course deliver one off and taster sessions within key stage groups or as a whole school approach : check out our feedback from local schools where we delivered sessions for over 150 children
